Usage Instructions

Creating a New Project Site

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard

  2. Click “Create New Project” button

  3. Enter project details:

    • Project name

    • Property address

    • Project type (Residential/Commercial)

    • Client information

  4. Click “Create” to generate the project site

Managing Media

  1. Upload Files

    • Drag and drop files into the project area

    • Use the “Upload” button to select files

    • Bulk upload via ZIP files

  2. Organize Content

    • Create custom folders

    • Use smart folders for automatic categorization

    • Add tags and labels for easy searching

  3. Share Access

    • Click “Share” button
