Feature Overview

The Album Sharing feature in Pictastic.ai enables users to create, manage, and share collections of real estate media with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Albums can contain photos, virtual stagings, floor plans, and 360° tours in an organized, easily accessible format.

Usage Instructions

Creating an Album

  1. Navigate to the Albums section in the dashboard

  2. Click “Create New Album”

  3. Enter album details:

    • Album name

    • Description (optional)

    • Cover image (optional)

    • Access settings

Adding Media

  1. Open the desired album

  2. Click “Add Media” button

  3. Choose from:

    • Upload new files

    • Select from existing library

    • Import from other albums

  4. Arrange media by dragging and dropping

Sharing Settings

  1. Click “Share” on any album

    • Generate shareable link

Managing Access

  1. Access “Album Settings”
