The Album Sharing feature in Pictastic.ai enables users to create, manage, and share collections of real estate media with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Albums can contain photos, virtual stagings, floor plans, and 360° tours in an organized, easily accessible format.

Usage Instructions
Creating an Album
Navigate to the Albums section in the dashboard
Click “Create New Album”
Enter album details:
Album name
Description (optional)
Cover image (optional)
Access settings
Adding Media
Open the desired album
Click “Add Media” button
Choose from:
Upload new files
Select from existing library
Import from other albums
Arrange media by dragging and dropping
Sharing Settings
Click “Share” on any album
Configure sharing options:
Choose sharing method:
Generate shareable link
Send email invite
Embed code
Managing Access
Access “Album Settings”
Select “Manage Access”
Add/remove users or teams
Set permission levels:
